RETURNS
SALE MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:
1. Email Customer Service team at sales@cassandco.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RA#).
2. Send the unworn, unwashed item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt, reason for return and RA# written on the receipt.

Returns and exchanges must be returned within 14 days for a refund and will not be accepted thereafter. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Items received are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase.
Please note: Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. CASS reserves the right to final approval on all returns and exchanges.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange items(s), please follow these steps:
1. Email customer service at sales@cassandco.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RA#).
2. Send the unworn, unwashed item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt, reason for exchange, item you would like to replace the original(s) and RA# written on the original receipt.
Upon receipt, we will charge or credit the difference in price onto the original credit card less a 10% restocking fee. Please note: Your return/exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days of original receipt.

If you received your items as a gift, you may exchange an item for equal value. If you desire an item of lesser value, you will receive merchandise credit only. If you desire an item of higher value, you may pay the difference by credit card.
